The Deluxe King Room features a beautiful balcony that offers a breathtaking view of the river, perfect for a late-night cup of coffee. The lodge's layout and cozy decor make you feel right at home, creating a relaxing atmosphere amidst beautiful scenery.

The shower head in the bathroom wasn’t very clean, and the toilet could’ve used a better cleaning as well. Cold tile floors in November could be uncomfortable for night-time bathroom trips, so a pair of slippers is a must. Thin walls allow noise from neighbors and creaking floorboards become evident at night, diminishing the peaceful vibe one might expect.

River sounds and cozy vibes!

Just spent 3 nights in a King Room with a balcony. The views were amazin', and I loved fallin' asleep to the sound of the river! Had a picnic on the balcony daily and the room was super cozy and clean. Everything’s within 2 blocks. restaurants and shops rock! Only wished the free breakfast had more options.

we had an amazing time at riverside lodge! having access to the river was fantastic, and we spent most of our days there since lake lure beach was so packed. it’s just a short walk to plenty of shops and restaurants. Don’t miss the subs from the store next door. they were delicious.

We enjoyed the peaceful sound of the river while sipping coffee on our balcony each morning. The nearby shops and restaurants made our days even more delightful.

However, the walls were quite thin, which disrupted our sleep at times due to noise from neighboring rooms. A bit more soundproofing would enhance the experience.

The Deluxe King Room was cozy and had a nice view of the river. The bed was comfortable which made sleeping easy. The room felt a bit dated but it was super clean. A small balcony added some charm, and you could hear the soothing river sounds. Just wish the TV had more channels. Overall, a nice spot to unwind!
